Birthday Parties

Let Carolina Gymnastics provide the fun for your child's birthday party!  Birthday parties include invitations, all paper products and a goody bag for each child which contains an Open Gym Discount Coupon ($7 value) along with other great items.  The birthday child will receive a special T-Shirt.  Parties include 1 hour of structured fun in the gymnastics area and 30 minutes in our birthday party room to eat cake and open presents.


Parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays at the following times:

1:00pm - 2:30pm
3:00pm - 4:30pm
5:00pm - 6:30pm

  • "With Food" parties include the cake (Cakes costing in excess of $25: the difference will be added to the party price), ice cream and punch.  Special Order Cakes, as seen to the right are available at an additional cost.

  • If the birthday child is a student currently enrolled in a class, you may deduct $10 from the prices above.

  • If the number of children is exceeded, the charge will be the next birthday package price.

 

Note:
** There is a $25 non refundable deposit for all birthday parties booked. No changes can be made to the party after the Tuesday prior to your party.

**Each child participating must have the Birthday Party Registration form completed, signed, and dated by the child's parent or guardian. Any parent or adult going into the gym must also sign the waiver as a participant.
