At the time of enrollment, the
registration fee (this is and annual fee)
and the first & last month's tuition is due.
If you enroll in our automatic draft
or automatic credit card payment plan, then only the
registration and first month's tuition is due at the time of
enrollment. To sign up for automatic payments, print and
fill out the EFT form. Automatic payments are drafted
between the 1st and 5th of each month, depending on where
the 1st falls in the week. We apologize, but there is no
possibility of choosing the day your payment is drafted. By
enrolling in automatic draft, you will receive a $5 discount
off tuition
(Does not apply to the Summer Sessions).
Payments are made on a monthly
basis. We do not prorate the month if you miss a class,
however we do allow you to make-up the class. Even though we
bill on a monthly basis, we will hold a place in a class for
your child on an ongoing basis throughout the Season
Schedule. Therefore, if you do not notify us that your child is
withdrawing from the program, you will be
billed for that month. We require
30 days written notice
that your child is withdrawing.
There are absolutely NO refunds.
