Office Manager-Coach

Ms. Amanda grew up in the sport of gymnastics and is now passionate about coaching.  Ms. Amanda is safety certified, has completed her U100, and goes to training clinics annually.  She has had over 20 regional qualifiers as well as several on state team.  She has over 10 years of management experience and is happy to help set you up with classes today!

Preschool Director

Mr. Luke has been teaching gymnastics for 8 years and loves working with his preschoolers!  Before finding his home here at Carolina Gymnastics, Mr. Luke served proudly in the United States Air Force, but is now enjoying the change of pace that Carolina Gymnastics provides.  Mr. Luke is USAG safety certified and has completed his U100.  He cannot wait to help your little ones grow and excel each and every week!

Mens Head Coach

Lisa is a former USA Gymnastics Level 10 with Carolina Gymnastics.  She was a Collegiate Georgia College Athlete.She has been the Men's Head Coach for more than 10 years.  Lisa has produced over 20 regional qualifiers including level 10s.  In 2012-2013 her level 4 team was undefeated.  She is first aid certified, USAG safety certified, and she has completed the U100-U200.  Coach Lisa is an amazing coach with all ages and... Certified Athletic Trainer

Joanne opened Carolina Gymnastics Center, Inc in 1976.  This school was the first privately owned gymnastics school in South Carolina.  Joanne has over forty years of coaching experience.  In 2008, Joanne was named South Carolina Coach of the Year and in 2010 she was inducted into the Region 8 Hall of Fame. Head Team Coach

Anna Sexton has been coaching at Carolina Gymnastics for 12 years and has coached several State and Regional Champions.  She is USAG National rated coach.  She has also coached several Level 10 JO National Qualifiers and College Scholarship Athletes.  In 2006, she taught Carolina Gymnastics Level 10 gymnast Karli Jones a release skill on uneven bars that was later named after the athlete and added to the Junior Code of Points....
